Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent field and 3+ years job-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent field and 7+ years job-related experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate enrollment results monthly as a business partner with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Finance, Member Services and Marketing.
• Develop enrollment and forecasting models and gauge impact to products and lines of business.
• Prepare enrollment trends and quarterly forecasts for strategy development at multiple levels.
• Deliver analytic reports and recommendations to internal customers.
• Lead reporting automation improvements and validate enrollment data.
