Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst or Senior to join the Strategic Finance team. The role focuses on analyzing enrollment results and product performance, collaborating with internal partners, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with data tools, and the ability to forecast across multiple products and affiliates. Boise or nearby office location may be considered with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or related field and 3+ years job-related experience (Analyst) or 7+ years (Senior).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Adept at analytical thinking, data interpretation, and communicating results to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate enrollment results monthly and collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Finance, Member Services and Marketing.
• Develop enrollment trends by segment and product for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Prepare enrollment and forecast analyses to support quarterly planning and external filings when needed.
