Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is hiring an Enrollment & Forecasting Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team in a hybrid role with three days in the office. Location flexibility includes several western states and nearby regions.

You will analyze enrollment trends, build models, and present insights to senior leadership. The role requires strong analytics, collaboration across departments, and the ability to manage complex forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years experience in enrollment/forecast analysis for Analyst; 7+ years for Senior (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels; both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Finance, Member Services and Marketing, providing monthly corporate enrollment results.
• Represent Enrollment & Forecasting and Product Department in cross‑functional activities.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and provide analysis to support decision making.
• Develop and maintain enrollment sensitivity models and forecast projections (monthly, quarterly, and long‑term).
• Analyze enrollment life‑cycle impacts of pricing, promotion, and competitive changes.
• Prepare and present analytic reports and business recommendations to internal customers.
• Coordinate and analyze outreach actions, manage filings for BCBSA, DOI, and other external customers.
• Provide staff support to the Director of Enrollment & Forecasting and mentor junior staff (Senior only).
• Lead process improvements, automation of reporting, and data validation.
• Participate and lead forecast meetings with Sales leadership and Plan Presidents.
• Represent the department to senior executives (COO, CFO, CRO, etc.).
