Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an Enrollment and Forecasting Analyst or Senior to join our Strategic Finance team. You will analyze enrollment results and product performance, deliver monthly insights, and forecast enrollment and trends to support leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Actuary, Finance, and Product Development, using SQL, SAS and Tableau to retrieve complex data and generate actionable recommendations. A strong analytical mindset and customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, CS, or business and relevant experience required.
• Senior requires 7+ years of related experience; Analyst requires 3+ years.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report enrollment and product performance data monthly.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and Product teams.
• Develop enrollment forecasts and analyze trends over time.
• Prepare analytics reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Support internal regulatory filings and external reporting as needed.
