Job summary

MeBe is seeking a Pediatrician Liaison who thrives in the field and enjoys building real relationships with pediatric providers. You will travel to meet physicians, psychologists, and partner groups across the territory, sharing our story and guiding referrals through the MeBe process.

You must be independent, upbeat, and energized by conversation, with a knack for building trust and delivering high‑quality interactions. The role includes community outreach and events to support growth.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident written and spoken communication.
• Experience in health care, ABA, or related fields is a plus.
• Background checks required (CO state and FBI).

Responsibilities

• Build smart, consistent outreach and follow‑up across your territory.
• Cultivate genuine, long‑term referral relationships so providers understand MeBe's services.
• Explain which children MeBe serves and guide referrals from first contact to service start.
• Own your territory by engaging partners within a 30‑minute radius of MeBe’s center.
• Plan a 4‑week forward looking calendar of outreach, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate events and prepare clear objectives with leadership.
