You will lead initiatives, set workflows, standards, and training to improve project delivery across projects, disciplines, and offices.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, knowledge transfer, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and ongoing improvement of technology adoption

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering technology owner for select engineering technologies across the lifecycle.
• Evaluate hardware, software and cloud solutions for deployment viability.
• Lead special projects and coordinate deployments with internal teams.
• Develop, document, and maintain technical workflows, standards, and training.
• Create documentation and learning materials, and provide knowledge transfer through training and coaching.
• Provide technical guidance to practitioners and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure knowledge assets stay current.
