Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science with relevant experience.
• Typically 10+ years of total technical and management experience.
• Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, training, development, and career progression of engineers.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineers from entry to senior levels.
• Set a clear, unified vision for the team’s success and foster the One Thermo culture.
• Provide high-level technical guidance on complex control system designs.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers to estimate durations, schedules, and budgets.
