Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC. is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead (Sr.ETL) to build and manage a high-performing engineering team across multiple locations.

You will balance hands-on technical guidance with strong leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving team growth and succession planning. The role requires 10+ years of total technical and management experience, and at least 3+ years in a team lead position.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/CS or related field plus relevant technical experience.
Typically 10+ years total technical and management experience.
Proven track record: 3+ years as Engineering Team Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a high‑performing engineering team.
Act as primary supervisor focusing on organizational development and retention.
Guide project estimates and schedules with Sr. Engineers and Project Managers.
Train, mentor and onboard engineers; ensure safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with leadership to align project tasks with team development.
