Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to oversee large, complex design and engineering efforts across multiple teams. This leadership role focuses on resource allocation, fee development, QA/QC, and coordination with executives for deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a deep background in engineering processes, strong management skills, and PE licensure. Travel up to specified limits and a commitment to Rosendin’s growth culture are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of engineering processes and calculations; load, distribution, grounding, and codes.
• Strong management skills: work planning, resource management, staff oversight.
• Experience with electrical system studies; short circuit, fault studies, voltage drop.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fee for work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee resource allocation and fee disposition for multiple teams or projects.
• Supervise Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff under their supervision.
• Coordinate with executives regarding effort, deliverables, and potential scope changes.
• QA/QC of designs developed by teams under supervision.
• Perform value engineering studies and regulatory coordination.
