Job summary

Rosendin seeks an Engineering Team Lead to oversee engineering projects, mentor staff, and manage design teams on high-profile electrical contracting work in the United States. The role combines technical leadership with project management and coordination with owners and regulatory agencies.

The candidate will lead design, budgeting, and resource planning, ensuring quality while driving efficiency and value engineering across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• Licensed PE in US is required.
• Field experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects.
• Develop design fee and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Supervise engineers, designers and modeling staff assigned to projects.
• Communicate with Project Manager and Owner regarding effort and deliverables.
• Lead CAC effort and interaction with Project Manager.
• Resolve complex engineering problems and coordinate with authorities.
• Attend design meetings and perform site reviews and value engineering.
