Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Dallas to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management on complex projects. You will guide financial planning, resources, and scheduling while mentoring staff to ensure quality execution.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 8+ years of engineering experience, and strong communication abilities to lead diverse teams through design reviews, coordination with authorities, and on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort required for deliverables.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Resolve complex design conflicts and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
