Job summary

Vaco LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Engineering) to identify, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire roles within engineering. You will work with the sales team to fulfill open job orders and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver projects efficiently.

Role requires 2-5 years in engineering staffing and a Bachelor’s degree, with a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus uncapped commission. Office environment requires in-office days Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/ or 2-5 years of experience in Engineering staffing and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
• Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities.
• Perform weekly interviews in line with performance objectives.
• Generate leads via professional relationships and other interactions that support business development.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell open positions across other lines of business and national practices.
