You will own strategy, sourcing, assessments, and offers, coach interview teams, and influence leadership on talent depth and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.
• 7+ years recruiting for passive senior engineering roles.
• Experience building talent pipelines and interviewing at executive level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs, educating leaders on senior engineering talent and market dynamics.
• Define and deliver recruiting strategies for highly-critical, confidential roles with cross-organizational impact.
• Identify and engage passive senior engineering candidates through research-driven sourcing.
• Build robust talent networks across technology sectors and leverage industry relationships.
• Lead client update meetings with data-driven insights on progress and market conditions.
• Provide candid guidance to executive leadership on top technical talent matters.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present/negotiate offers.
• Coach leaders to improve senior talent acquisition capabilities.
