Amazon's Executive Recruiting team seeks an exceptional Principal Engineer recruiter to identify and hire top engineering leaders. You will map target companies, network at conferences, and advise executives on hiring strategy while building relationships with world-renowned technologists.

You will lead multi-channel sourcing, develop prospects into strong candidates, and coach hiring managers on senior-level candidate engagement, contributing to Amazon's PE Community and engineering leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting with focus on passive engineering candidates.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, technical operations, and product management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience building talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Search Design: develop multi-channel strategies to attract world-class Principal Engineers.
• Executive Advisory: guide leaders on external talent and market realities.
• Candidate Development: qualify, assess, and prepare candidates for executive interviews.
