Amazon.com Services LLC in New York seeks a seasoned Principal Engineer Recruiting lead to identify and hire exceptional Principal Engineers across Amazon. You will advise senior executives on hiring strategy and build relationships with world-renowned technical leaders.

You will design multi-channel search strategies, map targets, and manage candidate development from outreach to interview prep, while partnering with executives to align talent plans with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.
• 5+ years recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidates in a high tech market.
• Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Search Design: Develop robust, multi-channel strategies attracting world-class engineers.
• Executive Advisory: Advise leaders across Amazon on hiring strategy and talent mapping.
• Candidate Development: Develop prospects into candidates and prepare them for interviews.
• Market Expertise: Contribute to knowledge on industries and talent pools.
• Team collaboration: Work with executive recruiters to identify and hire top engineers.
