Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer Recruiting Partner to identify and hire top Principal Engineers across Amazon. You’ll work with senior executives, advising on hiring strategy and building relationships with world-renowned technical leaders.

In this executive-search role, you will design multi-channel search strategies, map target companies, guide interview processes, and help shape engineering leadership across businesses.

Formación

• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership
• 5+ years recruiting passive engineering candidates in a high tech market
• 5+ years recruiting with focus on engineering, technical operations, and product management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Search Design: Develop robust, multi-channel strategies attracting world-class engineers.
• Executive Advisory: Advise leaders across Amazon—educating hiring managers about the external Principal Engineer demographic.
• Candidate Development: Develop prospects into candidates through sophisticated engagement and screening for executive interviews.
• Market Expertise: Serve as expert for engineering recruiting and share knowledge on industries and talent pools.
