Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own projects end-to-end, from receipt to delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain and quality, ensuring milestones, budgets and customer satisfaction are met. The role is based in the U.S. with a hybrid schedule in Buffalo, NY; Medina, OH; or Tulsa, OK.

You will manage complex accounts, travel as needed, and drive continuous improvement while upholding ISO quality standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 10 years’ experience in PM roles.
• 5+ years leading projects in engineering, heavy industrial or construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and customer expectations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, JD Edwards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery.
• Own the customer relationship as primary contact and manage escalations.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics across teams.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead milestone tracking, risk mitigation and on-time delivery.
