Chart Industries is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead engineering and construction projects from order receipt through delivery. You will own the customer relationship, drive communications, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Based in Medina, OH with the option of hybrid work, you will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and profitability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ISO 9001:2015 quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within an engineering, heavy industrial or construction firm.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 10 years’ experience in project management‑related roles with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in financial aspects of project management (margin, variance, cash flow).
• Strong organizational, time management, accuracy, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, driving communication strategy and safeguarding customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics across teams to facilitate collaboration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead project execution with milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
