Job summary

Chart, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of complex engineering projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and governance within our ISO 9001:2015 framework. Based in the US with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management within engineering, heavy industrial or construction.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or 10 years PM experience with similar outcomes).
• Experience in financial aspects of PM (margin, variance, cash flow).
• Willingness to travel occasionally; ISO 9001:2015 quality processes familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring objectives are met.
• Own the customer relationship as primary contact, drive communication, resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics across teams.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business targets.
• Lead execution with milestone tracking, follow-ups, and risk mitigation for on-time delivery.
