Chart Industries is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from order receipt through delivery, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams. The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The position offers a hybrid schedule out of Buffalo, NY; Medina, OH; or Tulsa, OK, with remote work options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in engineering, heavy industrial, or construction.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 10 years of PM experience.
• Experience in financial aspects of PM (margin, cash flow, variance).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from order receipt through delivery.
• Own the customer relationship as the primary contact, guiding communication and escalations.
• Serve as the key liaison for engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead execution with milestone tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.
