Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver moderately complex engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will lead the team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with engineering leaders to define scope and deliverables. The role requires up to 10 years of experience, a BS/MS in engineering, and PMP (and PE) credentials are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering is preferred
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex situations

Responsibilities

• Manage project management for moderately complex engineering projects
• Estimate professional services hours with Engineering Resource Leaders
• Oversee contracts, invoices, Change Notices, and project plans in Vision
• Track budget, schedule, quality, and performance against objectives
• Define scope, goals, deliverables with client and stakeholders
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain reports
