Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from scope to successful completion. You will work in Port Arthur, TX, leading a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills, with up to 10 years of relevant experience and a professional engineering license or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex engineering projects from scope to delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead a team and coordinate with client and internal stakeholders.
• Interface with engineering, procurement and construction processes.
• Ensure timely invoices, change notices, and reporting.
• Maintain project plan and progress in project controls tools.
