Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from scope to closeout in our Beaumont office. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery within quality targets.

Ideal candidates bring a BS/MS in engineering, PE or PMP preferred, and up to 10 years of experience in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Certification: Professional Engineer and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Experience: Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time delivery within performance budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate resources and align stakeholder expectations across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain timely reporting including action items and reports.
• Review specifications, drawings, submittals, and documentation for compliance with project objectives.
