Job summary

Hargrove Engineers in Mobile, AL seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from scope to closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multi-disciplinary deliverables, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with quality standards.

The role requires strong communication with clients, effective risk management, and proficiency in project controls. Bachelor's or master's in engineering plus PMP/PE preferred; up to 10 years' relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred.
• PMP and/or PE certification highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate client communications.
• Review engineering documents, submittals, and change notices.
