Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects in mobile Alabama. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with engineering leaders, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery across phases of engineering, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering from an accredited university.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience, with refinery/oil & gas or petrochemical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Review vendor submittals, drawings, and quality standards for compliance.
• Track progress with schedule, budget, and performance metrics.
• Lead project team and ensure effective communication among client and internal teams.
• Drive Change Notices and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
