Qualifications

• Extensive progressive experience in project management.
• Experience with cost, schedule and quality controls.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers to deliver services on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Estimate professional service man-hours with Engineering Resource Leaders to meet project objectives.
• Manage commercial contracts, invoices, CNs, and monthly earnings reports.
• Track performance budget, schedule, and quality using project controls.
• Validate estimates at project start and monitor changes.
• Coordinate scope, goals, deliverables with client teams.
• Lead in schedule and budget alignment, and drive Change Notices.
• Plan, organize, and communicate with the team and client; conduct weekly coordination meetings.
• Ensure documentation review and client approvals across phases.
