Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of midstream and downstream projects from feasibility through commissioning. You will supervise multi-discipline teams and act as the technical authority, coordinating with clients and vendors on complex EPC projects, including international work.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and compliance while driving design integrity, risk management, and project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with extensive proven relevant experience.
• Minimum 15 years progressive engineering experience in industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams on large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, instrumentation & controls).
• Establish engineering execution plans, design standards, and deliverable schedules.
• Oversee design, verification, and readiness reviews through construction and commissioning.
