Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of midstream and downstream projects, from FEED through commissioning. You’ll oversee multi‑discipline teams and ensure execution plans meet safety, cost, and schedule goals.

With 15+ years of engineering leadership, you will coordinate domestic and international projects, interface with clients, vendors, and owners, and mentor engineers to deliver technically robust solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; extensive proven relevant experience.
• Minimum 15 years progressive engineering experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams on large-scale capital projects ($500MM+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EPC execution models and stage-gated project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams and establish execution plans.
• Manage engineering activities from conceptual design through commissioning.
• Oversee design and integration of processes and supporting infrastructure.
• Champion process safety, integrity, and compliance.
• Support field execution, RFI resolution, and start-up.
• Interface with clients, licensors, OEMs, and partners; present solutions and risk assessments.
