KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex EPC initiatives valued up to $500 million. You will provide strategic leadership from proposal through closeout, interfacing with clients and directing cross-functional teams to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities include managing project finance, risk, and HSE compliance while delivering client satisfaction and maintaining bottom-line success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in related projects.
• Undergraduate Engineering degree with P.E. certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex EPC projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and client objectives.
• Serves as primary client interface and provides strategic leadership across lifecycle.
• Directs multidisciplinary teams and project partners, maintaining financial performance.
• Ensures adherence to HSE, risk management, schedule, and budget.
• Defines scope, negotiates changes, plans execution, and communicates status.
• Abides by KBR ethics and company policies.
