Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of midstream and downstream projects in Houston, TX. You will oversee multi-discipline teams, define execution plans, and manage engineering from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years of engineering leadership, and experience with large capital projects; PE license preferred and international vendor collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of progressive engineering experience.
Experience leading large-scale capital projects ($500M+).
PE license preferred or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver capital projects.
Define engineering execution plans, standards, and schedules.
Manage engineering activities from feasibility through commissioning.
