KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex EPC projects valued up to $500 million, ensuring safe, profitable, and successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives.

The Sr. Project Manager will serve as the primary client interface, directing multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accountability for financial performance, risk management, and HSE compliance across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in related projects with senior PM experience.
• Undergraduate engineering degree with P.E. licensure.

KBR is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex EPC projects valued up to $500 million, ensuring safe, profitable, and successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will serve as the primary client interface, providing strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, from proposal development and contract negotiation through execution and closeout. Direct multidisciplinary teams and project partners while maintaining accountability for financial performance, risk management, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assures safe project execution to the client's satisfaction, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements while maintaining bottom line responsibility for financial success.

Delivers expected results for financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance.

Serves as prime point of contact between the client and company.

Assures the project execution is in accordance with policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.

Manages and coordinates activities of all project personnel by direct supervision, through subordinates or through joint ventures, alliances, etc. In the proposal phase, works closely with Sales to evaluate and interpret requirements. May serve as a proposal manager.

Defines precise scope of work and identify changes between the original proposal and final contractual agreement.

Negotiates changes with the client.

Plans the project execution and revises the plan as necessary and assures adherence to the plan.

Keeps the client and company advised of project status.

Leads the project management team and is responsible for the successful completion of the project.

Abides by KBR business ethics.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Minimum of 12 years of experience in related projects with an average of 15+ years which includes several years of Senior Project Management level experience.

Skills typically required through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering and possession of a P.E
