Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and global manufacturing sites. You will manage projects from development through launch, ensuring readiness and on-time delivery while coordinating with GAME Technology and suppliers.

The role requires hands-on collaboration across teams, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to support reviews,

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and foundational manufacturing engineering knowledge.
• Experience with project management practices and data analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency with process flows, PFMEA, control plans, and design for manufacturability is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing projects from early development through equipment delivery, process validation, and production launch.
• Develop schedules, risk registers, action logs, and milestone-readiness plans.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings and document decisions with clear owners.
• Support manufacturing readiness, cost, schedule, quality, capacity, and resource planning.
• Work with GAME Technology and suppliers to ensure execution aligns with product requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and standardize them across programs.
