Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Project Manager to provide strategic supervision of engineering teams and lead project delivery across scope, cost, and schedule. You will manage contracts, invoicing, and change control, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in engineering/PM, an engineering degree, and PMP/PE where possible, with strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• This position requires 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in an accredited engineering field is preferred.
• Professional Engineering registration and PMP are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and designers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage commercial contracts, invoicing, and project change control processes.
• Track cost, schedule, and scope using established project controls and reporting.
• Coordinate with client teams to align scope, deliverables, goals and budget.
• Lead the project team, ensure timely approvals, and promote continuous improvement.
