Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in California seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to supervise a team of engineers and designers, directing total project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets. The role emphasizes heavy use of project controls, managing scopes, budgets, and client expectations across multiple projects.

Requires 15+ years in engineering and project management, PE and/or PMP preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction to engineers and designers for on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Estimate professional service man-hours and manage project cost, schedule and quality.
• Manage commercial contracts, invoicing, CNs, and monthly reporting (OER).
• Maintain project discipline progress, schedule commitments, and adherence to client specs.
