Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Lead client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for projects.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan on each project.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor team to meet project objectives.
• Recruit, develop, retain, and plan staff reporting; support performance reviews.
