Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Project Manager I – Engineering to oversee full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from scope and proposals through contract delivery and client communication.

You will manage budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and coordinate with cross-discipline teams to meet 4 for 4 performance: quality, on-time, on-budget, and client satisfaction. Leadership of project teams on small to mid-size efforts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, fee quotation, and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, design, and production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address design issues and risks.
• Lead staffing decisions and support performance reviews.
