Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation, and assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, and production for projects.
• Lead project-management plan development and execution; mentor the team.
• Oversee staffing and succession planning for project teams.
• Support business development and pursuit for mega projects with marketing.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff and support performance reviews.
