Job summary

PepsiCo in Purchase, NY is seeking an experienced CAPEX Project Engineer to provide capital project management for 1NA Beverage manufacturing locations. You will lead multi-plant initiatives, own scope, budget and schedule and liaise with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and supply chain partners.

This role requires a BS in engineering, 7–9 years of project engineering, travel up to 30–50%, and hands-on experience with high-speed packaging, TPM, LSS, SAP myBuy, CAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food Processing, Civil or Electrical Engineering
• 7-9 years of project engineering experience on CAPEX projects
• Travel up to 30-50% to manage multi-plant projects
• Experience with high-speed packaging and equipment installation

Responsibilities

• Direct experience with leading, developing and mentoring teams
• Oversee capital projects from scope to budget and schedule
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, TPM and LSS processes
• Communicate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food Processing, Civil or Electrical Engineering
