Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced engineering leader to provide CAPEX project management and oversight for major investments across 1NA Beverage locations. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Global Procurement to drive standardization and strategic initiatives while owning project scope, budget and schedule.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication, and hands-on project execution across plant networks.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food Processing, Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7-9 years of project engineering experience focusing on new equipment/start-up and high speed packaging.
• Engineering project management experience with utilities and process engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-50% to facilitate multiple plant projects.
• CAPEX project expenditure experience preferred at $1-3MM.

Responsibilities

• Direct experience with leading, developing and mentoring people and fostering collaboration.
• Experience with plant operations, packaging, utilities, TPM and LSS processes.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with finance basics, cost accounting and SPC; track spending and report financials.
• Communicate project scope and deliverables to cross-functional teams.
• Lead multi-plant initiatives and coordinate with external engineers.
