Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer Manager to lead strategic capital projects across multi-site operations, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain to drive productivity and growth.

You will own budgets, schedules, and governance, supervise project teams and contractors, and apply lean principles and CQV activities to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of capital engineering project-based experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline required.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large, complex and/or multi-site capital projects from concept to closure.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality across projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams on vendor selections, contract development, and project execution.
