Job summary

Terracon in Bartlett, TN seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, develop plans, monitor performance, manage risks, and deliver high-quality work with a focus on compliance and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and effective communication across multi-disciplinary groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology; 10+ years of related experience or 14 years if no degree.
• PE/PG or similar professional registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large, complex projects to meet scope, schedule, budget and safety targets.
• Define scope with client/NAM, lead stakeholder interactions, and implement project plans.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with approved safety plans.
• Coordinate resources, prepare designs/specifications, and manage timelines and forecasts.
• Prepare reports, track progress, and communicate status to client and project team.
• Coordinate with APR and accounting for oversight, invoices, change orders and collections.
