Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced engineering project manager to oversee facilities, environmental, or geotechnical projects in Nashville. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

You will define scope, schedule, and resources, lead safety planning, and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders. A PE/PG is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or geology with 5+ years of related experience, or 9+ years without a degree.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a small to medium sized engineering project to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget completion.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with client or NAM and design a completing plan.
• Lead safety efforts, ensuring compliance with approved safety plan.
• Coordinate resources, prepare calculations, designs, reports and work specifications.
• Communicate project status through meetings and reports to team and client; handle invoicing and change orders as needed.
