Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical program management.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident or green card holder).
• No PRC or Russian nationality unless also a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of detailed schedules, budgets, resources, and work plans for hardware R&D programs.
• Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams.
• Lead status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives; communicate progress through reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate schedules or develop technologies.
