Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years coordinating engineering, hardware product-development, NPI activities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent engineering projects and workstreams from kickoff through production and delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between customers and internal technical teams.
• Present engineering progress, schedules, risks, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, project schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, risk registers, and action-item trackers.
• Monitor execution across projects, identify cross-functional roadblocks and drive timely resolution.
• Translate Statements of Work, Source Control Drawings, customer requirements, and contractual deliverables into actionable program and project plans.
• Organize and lead customer meetings, technical reviews, internal program reviews, and project meetings; document decisions and track actions to closure.
• Coordinate phase-gate reviews and confirm documentation and deliverables are complete before each milestone.
• Facilitate effective communication across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, leadership, and customer teams.
