Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of hardware-engineering projects from kickoff through production and delivery.

The role serves as the primary day-to-day connection between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate has a hardware background and strong customer communication, capable of translating requirements, presenting progress, governing risks and deliverables, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years coordinating hardware engineering projects or programs.
• Experience in photonics, optics, electronics, RF, or semiconductors.
• Experience leading program reviews and conveying technical information.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Excel, and Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent engineering projects from kickoff through production and delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal technical teams.
• Present progress, schedules, risks, decisions, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate phase-gate reviews and ensure documentation is complete.
• Organize customer meetings, technical reviews, and program reviews.
• Support proposal development with planning, dependencies, and effort estimates.
• Monitor execution using MS Project, Jira, and Excel to track status.
