Quantinuum, a leading quantum computing company, seeks an Engineering Program Manager in Broomfield, CO to lead complex hardware and facilities programs across global teams. You will manage schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in milestone-driven technical program management, with strong communication and leadership skills. U.S. person status is required for contractual reasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Minimum 6+ years of milestone-driven technical program management.
• Experience delivering R&D hardware, facilities, construction or site operations.
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident or eligible) for contractual reasons.
• U.S. government security considerations for foreign nationals.

Responsabilités

• Lead schedules, budgets, dashboards, and resource plans for complex hardware and facilities programs.
• Drive on-time, in-scope, on-budget execution with risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary integration point.
• Lead status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to inform decisions.
• Communicate strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Improve program management processes and documentation across global teams.
