Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Minimum 6+ years of milestone-driven technical program management.
• Experience delivering R&D hardware, facilities, construction or site operations.
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident or eligible) for contractual reasons.
• U.S. government security considerations for foreign nationals.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedules, budgets, dashboards, and resource plans for complex hardware and facilities programs.
• Drive on-time, in-scope, on-budget execution with risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary integration point.
• Lead status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to inform decisions.
• Communicate strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Improve program management processes and documentation across global teams.
