Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional development programs spanning software, firmware, FPGA, and hardware integration.

You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, driving schedules, risks, and milestones from concept through deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background in embedded systems, FPGA toolchains, and software lifecycles, with proven program execution and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, EE or related field required.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in technical product development.
• Experience with embedded software, FPGA development environments and HW/SW integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs across software, firmware, FPGA, and hardware.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, FPGA, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing.
• Drive execution with urgency, balancing technical, schedule, and business priorities.
• Manage dependencies, critical paths, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate reviews, status meetings, design reviews, and exec updates.
• Communicate program health, budget, and deliverables to leadership.
• Support supplier coordination, procurement, and hardware build schedules.
