Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an Offering Management Lead for Quantum Hardware in Broomfield, CO. The role focuses on planning, execution, and lifecycle management of hardware offerings and requires collaboration across product, hardware, sales, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate has a master’s level degree in a technical or related field and 5+ years in product or program management. U.S. person status is required and up to two remote days per week may be approved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or program management.
• U.S. Person status required (citizenship/permanent resident/green card).
• National security restrictions apply regarding certain nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage product collateral and descriptions.
• Contribute to MRD and roadmaps to meet customer demand and capabilities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Support contract development with Legal and Sales.
• Contribute to continuity of business plans and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational health metrics.
• Assist rollout of SOPs across teams.
