Job summary
Medtronic is seeking a Sr. Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex software release programs within the CAS R&D team.
You will align software, systems, quality, regulatory, and clinical stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure on-time, quality releases that meet portfolio commitments. This role requires 7+ years in program management of software-intensive medical devices, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate a matrixed
Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale software development programs.
- Experience with software-intensive medical devices or regulated product development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and release management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Affera software release programs.
- Develop integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies and execution strategies.
- Drive alignment across software, systems, quality, regulatory, clinical, operations and commercial teams.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, integration activities and escalations.
- Prepare executive-level communications and decision materials.
