Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead development and manufacturing transfer for complex medical devices.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end program lifecycles, and ensure compliant documentation and risk mitigation. Responsibilities include schedule and budget oversight, intercompany collaboration, site transfers, and effective communication with leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in medical device project/program management.
• Strong ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 knowledge.
• Able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to provide data-driven program updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical device projects and manufacturing transfer efforts.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations and sites.
• Develop schedules, risk docs, and headcount plans.
• Monitor schedule, cost, risks and milestones; provide updates.
• Maintain Design History File per FDA/ISO requirements.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on projects.
